High-Performance Vertical CNC Lathe Solution for Large Wheel Hub Production in Iran

Client Background:

An Iranian automotive parts manufacturer and major local supplier of wheel hubs and brake drums. Aging equipment and expanding production demand required a reliable, high-efficiency solution.

Solution:

We provided the LCK700 vertical CNC lathe featuring 700mm cutting diameter, 800mm machining height, an 18.5kW spindle motor, and an 8-station hydraulic turret. The machine is specifically designed for disc-type workpieces like wheel hubs and brake drums.

Implementation:

The client visited our factory for pre-delivery inspection and witnessed trial cutting on their own hub samples. All accuracy tests passed on the first round, and the machine was shipped within the agreed timeframe.

Results:

Daily hub output increased from 120 to 200 pieces, and the machine has operated without failure for six consecutive months. The client plans to order four additional units.
