Introduction

Sliding Ram CNC Vertical Lathe is a high-rigidity heavy-duty CNC turning machine tool, specially designed for machining disk-shaped, annular and hub workpieces. It is capable of processing cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, end faces, grooves and chamfers efficiently. Features

Adopts double-column gantry frame and heavy-duty sliding ram structure. The main casting parts are treated by aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, delivering strong vibration resistance and stable performance under heavy cutting conditions.

X & Z axes adopt high-precision linear guideways and high rigidity ball screws. Matched with high-resolution servo drive system, the machine achieves excellent positioning accuracy and repeatability, securing long-term stable precision.

Built-in automatic tool changer. Multiple tools can be pre-installed. Automatic tool switching shortens auxiliary time and avoids errors caused by manual tool change.

Heavy-duty rotary worktable with high-precision rolling bearings. It bears large load, runs smoothly and maintains outstanding rotational precision, suitable for large-diameter heavy workpieces.

Internal cutting fluid circulation system effectively cools cutting tools and workpieces, reduces thermal deformation, extends tool service life and improves surface finish of machined parts.
