Overview

The CNC pipe threading lathe is a specialized machine tool designed for high‑efficiency threading of pipe workpieces, particularly for the demanding requirements of the oil, gas, and 

petrochemical industries. It is engineered to cut both internal and external straight and tapered pipe threads with high precision and consistency.

The machine features an extra‑large spindle bore that allows long pipes to pass through the entire spindle length. Both front and rear chucks securely grip the workpiece at both ends, 

ensuring exceptional stability and concentricity even when machining extremely long pipes. This dual‑chuck design is a defining characteristic of pipe threading lathes.

Built on a high‑strength cast iron bed with resin sand molding and artificial aging treatment, the machine ensures long‑term stability and vibration resistance. The guideways are 

induction‑hardenedand precision‑ground for extended wear resistance and sustained accuracy. The carriage guideways feature advanced coating technology to reduce friction and

 ensure smooth motion.

Equipped with industry‑leading CNC systems, the machine supports automatic tool compensation, multi‑pass threading cycles, and programmable machining sequences. 

The operator panel is ergonomically designed for convenient setup and tool positioning.
